When does menstruation end upon seeing yellow or brown discharge after the cessation of blood, and is this discharge considered vaginal impurities?

If the cotton comes out clean after insertion, or with only white or transparent discharge on it, then you must hasten to perform ghusl, and by doing so, you will be purified. Any yellowish or brownish discharge you see after that is not considered menstruation.
