What is the authenticity of the Hadith: "Islam is built upon three: the people of 'There is no god but Allah'—do not declare them disbelievers for a sin, and do not bear witness against them with shirk"?

The hadith narrated from Ali and Jabir, may Allah be pleased with them both: "Islam is built upon three [pillars]: the people of 'La ilaha illa Allah' (there is no god but Allah), knowledge of the divine decrees, and jihad is ongoing until the Day of Judgment," is a fabricated lie attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. This is because its chain of transmission includes Isma'il ibn Yahya al-Taymi, who is a liar and fabricator of hadith, as stated by Ibn Hibban, Ibn Adi, and Al-Haythami. Furthermore, this hadith contradicts what has been authentically established in the Two Sahihs and other collections, that the pillars of Islam are five.
