There is no harm for the worshipper to say "Ameen" upon finishing the recitation of the last verse of Surat Al-Baqarah in a voluntary prayer. However, in an obligatory prayer, one should not make such supplications unless prostrating. "Ameen" is only said after Al-Fatiha.
