Is it a condition for the false oath that you prohibit, when using pirated software, that it explicitly includes the phrase "By Allah," or is agreeing to the software's terms of use and then violating them considered a false oath, even if it does not include the phrase "By Allah"?

A false oath is a form of oath found in the license document for some programs. The absence of such a clause in other programs does not permit the infringement of their owners' rights, as these are private rights with monetary value in Islamic law, and it is not permissible to infringe upon them because their owners expended money and effort to produce them. Some scholars have permitted copying for personal benefit, such as learning, but not for earning. Furthermore, the abundance of wrongful acts does not change their reality. It is incumbent upon a Muslim to obey Allah and His Messenger, and they have no choice in the matter.
