The ideal method for memorizing the Quran has been previously mentioned. As for tartil (recitation with proper rhythm and melody) and (pronunciation according to rules), these are acquired through practice under the guidance of a skilled reciter. A beautiful voice is a gift from God. However, it can be improved by frequent recitation, consistent vocalization, and repetition, for "the Quran adorns the voice of one who is diligent in reciting it."
