The ruling on subscribing to satellite channels varies depending on what they broadcast. If a channel broadcasts only good or mostly good content, then there is no harm in subscribing to it. However, if it broadcasts only evil or mostly evil content, then it is impermissible to subscribe to it. If the content is mixed, the ruling is determined by the predominant content. It is not permissible to spend money to watch what diverts people from the path of Allah.
