Is it permissible, in Sharia, to add the name of the the tribe I was born into to avoid embarrassment and frequent questions, knowing that the tribe is aware of my identity?

It is not permissible to claim lineage to a tribe other than one's own, because it is a forbidden lie. Enduring the difficulty of truthfulness is easier than transgressing Allah's command.
