Is it permissible to display advertisements for foreign women's clothing (jeans and T-shirts) on an Islamic website targeting Arabs of 1948, with the aim of attracting young men and women to enter the site and read about religion, knowing that the nature of the clothing within (the society) does not differ from that of the Jews?

Thank you for your zeal for the religion of Allah and your eagerness to call people to it. Da‘wah websites are a form of jihad without thorns, and the effort you expend in introducing young people to them is a righteous deed. As for advertising women's clothing stores, it varies depending on the type of clothing: it is forbidden to advertise clothing that is only worn outside the home for display (tabarruj), or clothing that can be used both inside and outside the home but is predominantly used for display, because this constitutes cooperation in sin. Anything other than that is permissible to advertise. And know that noble ends do not justify means that are forbidden by Sharia.
