Is it permissible to work in a managerial export position at a factory that produces glass artifacts, knowing that the factory is asked to produce crosses and statues specifically for Christian holidays (Christmas)?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to participate in the festivals of disbelievers, whether by attending, helping to organize them, or selling goods and gifts related to them. This is because it involves imitating them. Scholars such as Sheikh Muhammad bin Ibrahim, Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz, and the Permanent Committee have warned against this, citing the words of Allah Almighty: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
