The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not guide towards masturbation; rather, he guided towards marriage or fasting. Physicians have determined that practicing masturbation leads to physical and psychological harm, and it may remove a girl's virginity and reduce her ability to enjoy intimacy after marriage.
