What is the ruling on importing and selling adhesive traps that kill mice by starvation and thirst?

It is permissible to import and sell the aforementioned traps and to hunt harmful rodents with them. There is no objection for a Muslim to do so, unless it is known that the buyer will use them to torture animals. In that case, it is not permissible to sell them to him, as this would be cooperation in sin and aggression. Torturing animals is not permissible by any means whatsoever.
