Is the wife considered divorced and does she incur an expiation for an oath (kaffarat yameen) if she violates her husband's oath, by which he forbade her from visiting his relatives for congratulations and swore by تحريم (making something unlawful), especially if he had forgotten his oath and then his wife reminded him of it?

If a husband suspends the prohibition of his wife based on her visiting his relatives, by saying: "She is forbidden to him or she is forbidden if she goes to them," without specifying a time or reason, then scholars have differed on the ruling regarding this: Some of them believe that she becomes forbidden immediately upon the fulfillment of the condition, while others believe that the ruling follows the husband's intention, and this is the more correct opinion. However, if the husband restricts his oath to a specific time or reason, then his oath is dissolved upon the expiration of that time or the cessation of that reason.
