Is it permissible to give the Zakat of olive oil as money instead of oil, and is it permissible to give Zakat to married children?

The majority of scholars hold the view that Zakat must be paid from the same type of asset on which Zakat is due. Therefore, it is not permissible to pay money in lieu of Zakat on olives, even though some scholars have allowed it with specific conditions.
