Is what the Sheikh explained regarding delayed marriage and his categorization of it into magic and facial ugliness correct?

Delay in marriage is not always due to magic, nor is beauty the sole factor in it. Marriage is a provision from Allah. One should seek provision by persistent supplication and Taqwa (God-fearing piety). Those in charge of satellite channels should fear Allah in what they present, and users should choose what accords with Islamic law.
