Is it permissible for a Muslim to dedicate the reward of praying Fajr in congregation and sitting for remembrance until sunrise, then praying two rak'ahs, of which it was said, "he would have the reward of a complete, complete Umrah," to the soul of a deceased person, by analogy with the permissibility of dedicating the reward of Umrah at the Ancient House?

Whoever prays the dawn (Fajr) prayer in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then prays two rak'ahs, will have the reward of a complete Hajj and 'Umrah (definition). This reward is in terms of recompense and does not suffice for the obligatory Hajj or 'Umrah for one upon whom it is due. It is permissible to dedicate this reward to the deceased.
