Must the bag containing the will of the deceased be handed over to his wife, who rejects the will and wishes to conceal it from the rest of the heirs, especially given that the deceased bequeathed half of his land and his end-of-service benefits to his sisters after settling his debt?

It is not permissible to give the bag and papers to the paternal uncle's wife, for fear that she might tear up the will. Rather, all heirs must be informed of it, or it should be handed over to a trustworthy person who will execute it. The will must be within the limits of one-third (of the estate) and for a non-heir. If it exceeds one-third or is for an heir, its execution depends on the approval of all heirs, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Indeed, Allah has given every rightful person his right, so there is no will for an heir," and "A third, and a third is much."
