What is the ruling on purification for prayer for someone who easily secretes madhy (pre-seminal fluid) when thinking, especially on the wedding night when thoughts of intercourse overcome him and his clothes remain wet with madhy despite his repeated attempts to wash and purify himself, and he wishes to perform the 'Isha and Sunnah prayers before intercourse?

The obligation regarding the purification from madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) is to wash the penis and whatever part of the body it has touched. It is more cautious, to avoid dispute, to wash the penis and the testicles. As for clothing, it is sufficient to sprinkle it with water, according to many scholars.

If the madhiy is continuously flowing, one should not perform wudu' until it stops, unless one fears that the prayer time will expire before it ceases. In such a case, one's ruling is that of a person with incontinence; one should take precautions, perform wudu', pray, and not delay the prayer beyond its prescribed time.
