A Muslim is not permitted to add those who post illicit pictures, as this may lead to temptation and convey satisfaction with their actions. It is obligatory to advise them, and if they do not respond, it is obligatory to block them. It is permissible to view the young man's account if you do not fear temptation from it. However, since you love this man, you should avoid following his account for fear of your heart becoming attached and tempted, "O you who have believed, do not follow the footsteps of Satan."
