What is the ruling on a woman praying in a "shayla" that has wide holes, knowing that she wears a cap and wraps it twice to cover her body?

Previously, in Fatwa No. 59595, the ruling on wearing the shayla was discussed. As for praying in it, if it covers the entire body except for the face and hands by wrapping the headscarf or other covering over it, then the prayer is valid. However, if it does not cover the body, but rather leaves something visible that a woman is required to cover, then her prayer is not valid. The criterion is the covering of the 'awrah with any covering.
