What is the ruling regarding young people who use drugs and commit suicide out of fear for their parents, knowing the harms and attempting to quit after it is too late?

Drugs are forbidden by the consensus of Muslims because they impair the mind. Suicide is even more forbidden, for Allah says: "And do not kill yourselves. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever kills himself with a piece of iron, then his iron will be in his hand, and he will stab himself with it in his abdomen in the Fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein..." Addicts must repent to Allah, for quitting drugs is possible, and Satan's claim that it is impossible is weak.
