The profits from trading in tobacco are unlawful (), but the original capital with which the trade began is lawful (). Therefore, you must dispose of the unlawful profits by spending them on charitable causes. If you do not know the exact amount, then disburse what you believe is sufficient to absolve yourself. The capital of the shop consists of lawful money, which is the initial capital, and unlawful money, which is the profits from tobacco trade. You are therefore required to dispose of the unlawful portion of the money, after which the remainder of your money and business will become lawful for you.
