ما معنى ذي الكفل؟

Scholars differed concerning Dhul-Kifl. Some are of the view that he was a prophet because his name was mentioned alongside the prophets in Surat Al-Anbiya. Others, such as Mujahid, are of the view that he was a righteous man and a just ruler who took charge of his people's affairs. Ibn Jarir refrained from taking a definitive stance on the matter.
