Is relieving oneself on paper that contains dhikr and supplications considered disbelief, and what should I do about this feeling?

If a Muslim throws something containing Qur’an, Hadith, or a name of Allah Almighty into a dirty or impure place out of disdain, he thereby commits an act of disbelief (kufr) and exits the fold of Islam. The Qur’an, a verse, and a Hadith all possess sanctity, and throwing them into filth out of disdain for them is considered disbelief. If the doer was aware of the presence of the ذكر (mention of Allah) on the paper, then he has disbelieved. If he was ignorant, he does not disbelieve by this action, but it is a very reprehensible act. Whoever does this must repent to Allah with sincere repentance.
