Is the person with a cold sinful if he goes to the market?

A person afflicted with a contagious disease must isolate themselves from people and avoid their gathering places, such as markets, so as not to harm them, in compliance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be no harm or reciprocating harm," and his saying: "A sick person should not be brought upon a healthy one." They incur sin if they intentionally go to gatherings where they predominantly believe that this will harm others, unless they are able to take preventive measures. As for a common cold, doctors should be consulted regarding whether it is a contagious disease that necessitates the afflicted person's isolation from people.
