What is the ruling on going to the mosque to perform congregational prayers while suffering from a cold, accompanied by coughing and nasal discharge, and is this considered a breach of trust due to the potential transmission of infection, for which the doer is sinful?

We have previously issued fatwas regarding the ruling on a sick person going to the mosque, and we mentioned the distinction between a contagious illness that harms the mosque-goers, in which case its sufferer is prevented [from attending], and an illness that causes no harm, such as a cough. There are previous fatwas that suffice and preclude the need for repetition.
