What is the ruling on attending congregational prayers or Friday prayers for someone with a contagious disease, or for someone whose presence causes disturbance to the worshippers?

Whoever has eaten garlic or onions should not attend the mosque due to their foul odor which harms the worshippers. This ruling extends to anything that harms worshippers in the mosque, such as the smell of butchery, body odor, or bad breath. It also applies to those who are foul-mouthed or afflicted with a contagious disease. A person suffering from a contagious disease is excused from attending Friday prayers and congregational prayers and is prevented from entering the mosque until their illness subsides, in order to prevent harm to the worshippers.
