Can sugar, chocolate, or anything be added to sweeten breast milk that will be given to a child over one year old who drinks from a cup and does not prefer breast milk, and how many cups make him a suckling for me?

It is important to be aware of the mahramiyyah (prohibition of marriage) that results from breastfeeding between you and the child, and between your daughters and him. If you wish to do so, then breastfeed him five times, whether directly from the breast or by placing the milk in a cup. A nursing is counted by the quantity that satisfies the child. There is no difference between pure milk or milk mixed with something that does not overpower it, provided that the milk is predominant and that the infant drinks it before the age of two years, based on the hadith: "Indeed, nursing is that which satiates from hunger," and the hadith: "Nothing makes one mahram through nursing except that which splits the intestines in the breast and was before the bones [had hardened]."
