Is a mother's obedience obligatory in marriage for someone who does not fear fornication and does not wish to marry currently?

Obeying one's mother is among the most incumbent of duties. Marriage is subject to the five legal rulings. If marriage is permissible for you, then you are obligated to obey your mother in this matter, because honoring her is fulfilled by obeying her in what you are able. But if it is not permissible for you, then do not obey her, because obedience to Allah takes precedence, and you are not obliged to marry someone you do not desire.
