Does reciting the Fatiha before straightening up also not invalidate the prayer of someone praying alone, and what is the sufficient limit of standing for that?

What is stated in the fatwa is the Maliki school of thought regarding someone who recites a verse from Al-Fatiha or similar before standing upright. In this case, they prostrate before the tasleem if they had recited a verse or similar while standing, and their prayer is valid. This ruling applies to the individual praying alone (al-Fadh) and the Imam. As for the congregant (al-Ma'mum), Al-Fatiha is not obligatory for them because the Imam carries it on their behalf. The standing (qiyam) that is necessary during the recitation of Al-Fatiha means that the recitation must occur while standing independently, such that the person is not leaning on anything that, if removed, would cause them to fall, and they are not bending over.
