How can the issue of proving the paternity of a deceased man's son be resolved, given the father's denial of paternity and the difficulty of conducting a DNA test?

Disputes regarding rights and inheritances are to be presented before the Sharia court. A child is attributed to the owner of the bed (the husband) if born six months after the possibility of the husband's intercourse, and his lineage cannot be disproven except through immediate li'an (oath of condemnation). Otherwise, he is attributed to the husband by virtue of the bed, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The child is for the bed, and for the adulterer is the stone." It is not permissible to rely on DNA analysis to disclaim lineage that has been established by Sharia.
