Is teaching English to a lenient Azhari imam considered aiding in sin and aggression, for fear of him using it to spread a misguided methodology?

What the parents ask of the Imam regarding education is not cooperation in sin, and his transgression of the Sharia necessitates advising him, because cooperation in sin occurs by your causing the disobedience, or its continuation, or your assisting its perpetrator. The good aspects in the Imam should be strengthened, and he should be advised to abandon the bad, and this falls under cooperation in righteousness and piety. The fear of the Imam being influenced by remaining in disbelieving lands is not solely upon him, and residence in disbelieving lands is not permissible except with a legitimate excuse and conditions.
