Is it permissible to place a picture of a veiled woman inside public restrooms to advertise a breast cancer awareness campaign, due to the anger this might provoke in some women?

The hijab is one of the rituals of Allah, and its veneration is a sign of piety of the hearts. Pictures of the hijab should not be hung in bathrooms. This is not definitively prohibited unless it is intended to mock the hijab or to cause aversion to it.
