Is it permissible to display women's clothing by publishing pictures of women wearing them, while obscuring the face and observing the awrah, in an account exclusively for women? And would I incur sin if one of the followers displayed these pictures to a man who is a stranger to her? And would one be absolved of responsibility by placing a notice prohibiting the display of these pictures to men?

The basic principle is that it is not permissible to publish pictures of women that non-mahram men can see. However, it is permissible to display them if the facial features and anything that might arouse instincts are obscured. It is also permissible to publish pictures that do not show a woman's awrah (intimate parts) to other women in private accounts dedicated to women. There is no sin upon the publisher if men see these pictures without her knowledge. It is preferable to advise women in private accounts not to display these pictures to men.
