A man is not permitted to look at a woman's face or hair in pictures, due to the general command to lower the gaze and the prohibition for a man to look at a non-mahram woman. This is to prevent temptation. Furthermore, depicting animate beings is not permissible except out of necessity, and drawing by hand is considered unlawful by the majority of scholars. Therefore, it is not permissible to place such images on the website.
