What is the ruling on publishing pictures of women wearing a niqab that only shows their eyes, or pictures of their hands, and is it permissible to publish these pictures with শরعي (Shari'i) evidence?

Photographs of living beings are permissible in principle. However, it is forbidden to publish pictures of 'awrah (parts of the body that must be covered), or pictures of women that men can see, as this constitutes aiding in sin, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Similarly, it is not permissible to publish pictures of individuals without their permission. A woman's entire body is 'awrah in front of non-mahram men, so it is not permissible for her to publish her picture with her eyes or hands exposed if men will see the pictures.
