Summary: It is not permissible to resort to a usurious loan to purchase a car and benefit from a company grant, as borrowing with usury is unanimously prohibited. Both the one who consumes usury and the one who feeds it are threatened with a curse. "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses, and he said: 'They are all alike.'" Every loan that stipulates an increase is forbidden without dispute.
