Both the questioner and the girl must repent from zina (unlawful sexual intercourse) and conceal their sin, avoiding public disclosure of it. The questioner is not considered unjust to the girl if she was willing and not coerced. Repairing the hymen is forbidden unless there is a verified necessity.
