What is the ruling on an adulteress who committed adultery due to her husband's lack of sexual intimacy with her?

Adultery is one of the gravest sins. If the woman is married, her sin is even greater. The husband's negligence in fulfilling her rights does not justify her committing adultery. If his negligence persists, she has the right to seek divorce if she fears harm. The woman must be advised and reminded of Allah and the dire consequences of adultery, and she should hasten to repent. She must conceal her sin, and people must also conceal it for her.
