Is it permissible to stone the Jamarat on the second day of Tashreeq after Fajr prayer?

Scholars have differed regarding the stoning of the Jamarāt during the Ayyām al-Tashrīq before zawāl (midday). The majority are of the opinion that it is impermissible and insufficient, while some have deemed it permissible after the break of dawn. The preponderant opinion is the former (it is not permissible to stone before zawāl). However, if there is a need to stone before zawāl due to old age or illness, there is no objection to adopting the view of those who permit it, for the preservation of life.
