Is it permissible to describe Allah as "Wajib al-Wujud" (Necessarily Existent), taking into consideration that some scholars consider this description synonymous with Azaliyyah (eternity without beginning)?

"Wajib al-Wujud" (The Necessarily Existent) is that whose existence is from its very essence and does not need anything. Scholars of Ahl al-Sunnah have used this term in their theological discussions. Allah the Almighty, the Creator, is Ancient, Eternal, Necessarily Existent by Himself, and Self-Subsisting (Qayyum). He is not in need of anything other than Him. The meaning of His description as Al-Qayyum is that He is Necessarily Existent in perpetuity.
