What is the ruling on one who missed days of Ramadan due to marriage and days of the following Ramadan for two reasons (menstruation and another reason), and has not made up the missed fasts from previous Ramadans until she is in a critical health condition? How does she make up for and expiate the days she missed?

Marriage is not an excuse that permits breaking the fast in Ramadan. A woman who broke her fast during her wedding days for this reason has committed a great sin. She must make up the days she missed (including days of menstruation), in addition to paying an expiation for delaying the make-up fast, equivalent to the number of days. If she is unable to make up the fast due to an irreversible inability, then she must pay the expiation for fasting and the expiation for delaying the make-up fast for each day, the amount for each being 750 grams. The expiation for intercourse during a Ramadan day is binding on the man, not the woman, according to the preponderant opinion.
