Does the husband have the right to prevent his wife from opening a pharmacy in her name for her family, given that she will be legally responsible for the pharmacy, the costs, operation, and profits of which will go to her family?

If a wife’s work requires her to leave the house, she is not permitted to do so without her husband's permission. However, if the work does not necessitate her leaving the house and is permissible according to Islamic law, then the husband does not have the right to prevent her from it. Nevertheless, the wife should consult with her husband in such matters.
