Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to listen to the Quran and apply henna to her head and hands?

It is permissible for a menstruating woman to listen to the Qur’an, and to look at the Mus-haf (copy of the Qur’an) without touching it, and to read from it without speaking the words aloud. It is also permissible for her to recite the Qur’an from memory. Similarly, it is permissible for her to dye her hair or body with henna, even if its traces remain after she becomes pure.
