What is the ruling on the Imam ordering children to move back from the first row to the second row to make space for adults?

Children who are discerning and committed to prayer should not be removed from places they have already occupied in the mosque, as this causes them embarrassment and alienation. As for children who are not discerning and cause disturbance, they should be moved to the back rows.
