What is the ruling on temporarily removing the niqab to avert fitna (strife/temptation) and danger facing women who wear niqab in Egypt?

A Muslim, who is steadfast in their religion in these times, must be patient in the face of harassment. You must adhere to your legal , and do not remove your niqab unless the matter reaches a verifiable harm where you fear for your safety from evildoers. In such a case, there is no sin upon you for removing it to avert harm, provided you do not leave the house except out of necessity.
