We have previously answered the questioner that dividing his father's money is not permissible, and that it is obligatory to preserve it for him. Therefore, he is not allowed to own or dispose of what his siblings gave him from this money as long as his father is alive. Rather, he must preserve it for him, and he should not return it to his siblings as long as they will divide it among themselves if he returns it.
