Is it obligatory to make up a prayer for someone who doubted the number of prostrations and the recitation of the Tashahhud during Fajr prayer, then performed the prostrations of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) after the salam?

If someone doubts during their prayer whether they performed one prostration or two, they are required to build upon the lesser, considering it one prostration, and then perform the second prostration. They should then perform two prostrations before the salām. This is because the default principle is not to consider something done if there is doubt about it. Consequently, they must repeat the prayer if they finish it while doubting the completion of its pillars, unless they are frequently afflicted by doubt, in which case they should disregard it.
