Is it obligatory to change a non-Arabic name to an Arabic name?

It is permissible to be named with non-Arabic names, provided that they are not names of historical non-Muslim figures, religious symbols, or celebrities, and that they do not involve servitude to other than Allah, and that they do not have an ugly or corrupt meaning. The name "Mu'een" is fine; its meaning is good. It is an active participle from the verb (a'ana - to help), and it means "helper in truth." A group of famous Muslims have been named with it.
