Is praying quickly and without طمأنينة (tranquility/composure), which has been said to be invalid, subject to the same ruling as one who abandons prayer?

Rushing in prayer invalidates it if it violates the pillar of tranquility (طمأنينة), and the prayer remains a debt upon the person, necessitating immediate re-performance. Such a person is considered as one who has not prayed. However, if the rushing does not violate tranquility, then the prayer is valid.
