What is the ruling on wearing clothes that have images attributed to prophets, even if one does not believe in their authenticity?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to wear anything that contains images of living beings. The prohibition becomes more emphatic and the proscription more severe if the images are a symbol or emblem of deviant religions, sects, or creeds.
